This data represents the 2025 census update covering the 2023-24 academic year, conducted by researchers with the Prison Education Action Research Lab (PEARL) at the University of Utah. Because not every program was able to complete the survey, some information may be incomplete. Think of this as a snapshot of the field at the time of the survey rather than an up-to-date resource.
